A Brief Delivery Interval

We’ll order your hair alternative product following your initial consultation. Your product typically arrives within five business days (expedited delivery is available upon request). Once it arrives, we’ll do the cut-in and styling, which are complimentary. We encourage clients who have experienced total hair loss to bring pictures of themselves wearing their favorite hairstyle to the initial consultation and/or cut-in.

Cut-In

Your alternative hair product will be cut and styled on your next visit. We also educate and train you on how to care for your new hair with the appropriate products.

Follow-up Services

We don’t just sell hair alternative products – we provide follow-up services too. For example, human hair wigs or hair systems need to be re-colored and reconditioned approximately every 4-6 months, depending on the amount of wear, to keep them looking fresh and new. We offer a variety of maintenance and styling services, including color services for human hair, perms and synthetic hair service.
